Another commission to color for :iconangbayani:...these are kind of nonstop, huh? Hahaha :)

Anyway, had fun with this one and WOULD'VE had it done earlier, but I was sick last week with a low-grade fever that just lingered and lingered.

Anyway, here it is! This was an interesting piece to tackle in color since...well the general common color for a stage curtain is red...but given that Bayani is red, I had to figure out how I was going to separate my planes.

Voila. I decided that since Zatanna's outfit is a cool color naturally, I would 'cool' Bayani's red off by lightsourcing from the magic smoke and that fun jazz. That would leave me the freedom to make the background warm, thereby creating contrast and separating planes. MWAHAHA! :)

I had these commissioned almost 4 years ago. They just never got finished until now. =) The series to come after the comic book's finished will be cool though, imho.
